SENIOR CRM MANAGER

UP TO £70,000 + BONUS

HYBRID - LONDON - 2/3 days a week in the office

THE COMPANY

This well-known retailer in the UK is becoming more and more data-driven, and they are now looking for a Senior CRM Manager as part of this growth!

THE ROLE

As a Senior CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

Leading a team of 3 to set CRM strategies
Working on driving customers to the store and increasing loyalty
Driving value from customers across the whole customer lifecycle
Taking responsibility for the tracking of customer targets
Work cross-functionally to support their commercial plans via CRM activities
Adopt a data-centric approach to CRM
Review and relaunch the business' loyalty proposition

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in the retail space is a plus
Experience leading teams and delivering commercial value is required
Strong personalisation experience is needed
Loyalty programme experience is a must have
Hands on experience with Braze is a plus
