THE COMPANY
We are supporting a retail giant on a senior level CRM hire.
THE ROLE
The successful Senior CRM Manager responsibilities will include:
- Lead and develop a team to deliver CRM strategies across various channels.
- Own and execute CRM plans to meet commercial and customer targets.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align CRM activities with overall objectives.
- Manage CRM budget, track performance, and optimise strategies based on data.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior CRM Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience leading CRM teams within retail or B2C.
- Expertise in CRM systems, personalisation, and loyalty programmes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign management platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
