A Senior Customer Marketing Manager is sought to lead and manage marketing campaigns that will drive customer engagement and growth in line with overall business objectives.

Our client is a high profile national savings organisation with a significant customer base who are looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager on a contract basis.
Description
Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the day to day management of the customer marketing programmes in addition to delivering on special projects across the contract period.
This will range from managing direct marketing campaigns to high value, loyal customer groups to change engagement campaigns for supporting hard to reach customers.
Working with the Customer Data team you will plan and excute direct marketing campaigns to maintain high levels of retention and engagement.
You will manage the CRM agency and also utilise data and reporting to scope a more personalised approach to customer marketing and bring to life automation on customer life cycle campaigns.
You will also be responsible for a significant budget.
Profile
The candidate that secures this role will be able to evidence the following skills and attributes:
- A proven track record in the planning and implementation of customer/direct marketing programmes in a regulated setting
- Implementation of appropriate multi-channel campaigns to increase customer engagement and deliver growth.
- Strong use of performance analytics to deliver campaign improvements
- Excellent working knowledge of CRM agency management
- Ability to work cross functionally with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally & externally.
- Demonstrable communications and leadership skills.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of up to £48,000 basic depending on suitability and knowledge.

- A fixed-term contract of 12 months
