We are currently looking to recruit a Delegate Sales Team Leader to help grow the business. This role will eventually lead to a junior team leader position.

Reporting to the Delegate Sales Director you will be responsible for selling, reporting and eventually helping your wider DS portfolio colleagues to grow revenues with the opportunity to grow.

You will be responsible for:

- Designing and implementing the delegate sales revenue plan and numbers for your sector along with the Del Sales Director.

- On the job mentoring and on boarding with junior colleagues.

- Working closely with Production, Marketing and Sponsorship functions to deliver successful events.

- Personally, achieving revenue targets both monthly and by project

- Accurately forecasting and reporting activities and results

- Motivating both the team and individuals to over performance

- Driving consistent KPI performance across the team whilst leading from the front from personal activity

- Driving DS performance metrics incl. market mapping, own research etc.

- Leading from the front in terms of call process best practice, calling clients directly and assisting team members with sales

- Providing updates and feedback on product performance in the marketplace

- The full DS campaign including internal and external data plans, VP creation and product positioning
