We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, presales and Implementation to join our team in London but working on a global scale with teams across our offices in EMEA, APAC and US.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Manager (Presales & Implementation):
- Leadership & Strategy - lead and mentor a team of Technical Delivery Managers fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration and customer Centricity.
- Develop and implement global strategies for presales and implementation
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to meet global implementation demands. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop the pre-sales capability of a team of Technical Delivery Managers to deliver outstanding pre-sales engagements with an emphasis on presentation skills, active listening, insightful questioning and needs analysis techniques, objection handling and positioning.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies
- Ensure consistent and high-quality presales deliverables across all regions
- Oversee the successful implementation of our solutions for new and existing customers globally
- Provide guidance and support to Technical Delivery Manager in managing their teams and projects
- Champion a customer -centric approach across the organization
- Build strong relationship with key customer stakeholders at various levels
- Proactively identify opportunities for customer expansion and growth.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Leadership to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction
Skills & Experience:

- Previous Leadership experience - able to inspire, motivate and provide direction by leading by example and champion change
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in delivering client solutions
- Previous experience of managing customer facing teams in a commercial, operational or implementation environment
- Experience and knowledge of Travel Technology, payments and finance industries
- Professional presentation skills - ability to present with clarity, use visuals, tell stories, be audience-aware and handle Q&A effectively
- Negotiation Skills - prepare thoroughly, communicate effectively, persuade, problem-solve and compromise
- Strategic Thinking- be visionary, analytical, creative, prioritize effectively and adapt to change
