Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Lead marketing strategies to drive growth across the partner portfolio, crafting campaigns that engage prospects and customers.
  • Partnership Marketing: Manage the marketing relationships with our client's largest strategic partners in the UK, ensuring collaboration and execution of impactful campaigns.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute quarterly campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Test & Learn Agenda: Own the global test and learn agenda, fostering a culture of continuous optimisation and innovation within the team.
  • Coaching & Team Development: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Campaign Specialists to execute campaigns at speed and with high quality.
  • Optimisation & Best Practice: Lead the rollout of campaign optimisations, sharing best practices and insights across the portfolio.
  • Growth Initiatives: Proactively identify opportunities within the portfolio and work with partners to bring new ideas to life, from initial buy-in to execution.
  • Compelling Storytelling: Create clear, persuasive materials that drive partner engagement as part of a consultative approach to marketing.
  • Customer Segmentation & Growth: Explore underserved customer segments and develop innovative strategies to increase penetration.
  • Product Launches: Contribute to proposition development for multiple new product launches, ensuring strong partner enablement tools and efficient execution.
What You Bring:
  • Experience: Experience in partnership management, key account management, brand management, or an agency role will be hugely beneficial.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Presentation & Storytelling: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive: A proactive mindset with a strong desire to get things done and capitalise on opportunities within the business.
