- Coaching & Team Development: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Campaign Specialists to execute campaigns at speed and with high quality.
- Optimisation & Best Practice: Lead the rollout of campaign optimisations, sharing best practices and insights across the portfolio.
- Growth Initiatives: Proactively identify opportunities within the portfolio and work with partners to bring new ideas to life, from initial buy-in to execution.
- Compelling Storytelling: Create clear, persuasive materials that drive partner engagement as part of a consultative approach to marketing.
- Customer Segmentation & Growth: Explore underserved customer segments and develop innovative strategies to increase penetration.
- Product Launches: Contribute to proposition development for multiple new product launches, ensuring strong partner enablement tools and efficient execution.
- Experience: Experience in partnership management, key account management, brand management, or an agency role will be hugely beneficial.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
