Senior Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing multiple B2B event campaigns simultaneously, working in close collaboration with the marketing teams in the US that provide content, copy, and design services.

If you have experience in B2B global event marketing, working in a global matrix environment, project managing event and marketing campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce, and enjoying a fast-paced environment that may take you to international events....then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities, skills, and experience desired:

  • Coordinate with sales and business development to drive successful event marketing campaigns.
  • Work in close collaboration with US-based marketing teams.
  • Project manage multiple event campaigns simultaneously.
  • Work with the VP of Marketing on marketing strategy and planning.
  • Comfortable in a sole, senior marketing manager position with no direct reports, but with cross-function, senior stakeholder management.
  • Use HubSpot and Salesforce to manage global event campaigns.
  • Oversee and analyze the performance and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop partnerships with event partners.
  • Flexible for 2-3 days central London-based and occasional international travel for key events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study
  • Proven B2B global event marketing management, ideally professional services, software, or similar industry.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns hands-on, ideally with HubSpot and/or Salesforce although similar platform experience will be considered.
  • Skilled in project managing multiple campaigns and events at any one time.
  • Proven experience working in a matrix environment, collating content and designs from teams based globally/USA.
  • Proven experience working closely with sales and senior business development and marketing stakeholders in all regions (UK, EMEA, USA, and APAC).
  • Proven analytical and reporting skills.
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
