Senior Marketing Manager

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing campaigns, helping us grow and strengthen our brand. You'll:

• Design and execute awesome campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms to get people talking and engaged.
• Work closely with teams across the business (think Sales, Product, and Research) to create strategies that deliver real results.
• Build eye-catching, impactful marketing materials in collaboration with our talented designers.
• Use tools like Pardot to make automation work smarter, not harder.
• Keep a close eye on campaign performance, using data to tweak and optimize for maximum impact.
• Run our paid social and internal advertising with a focus on driving leads and delivering great ROI.
• Lead on projects that showcase the prestige and value of our offerings-setting the gold standard in the process.

If you've got experience in B2B marketing (especially in publishing, awards, or subscriptions) and a knack for driving leads and conversions, this could be your dream job. Here's what we'd love to see:

• You know your way around marketing automation tools (like HubSpot or Pardot) and CRMs (like Salesforce).
• You're a pro at creating campaigns that generate buzz and, most importantly, results.
• Data is your friend-you can dive into numbers and come out with actionable insights.
• You've got a flair for managing budgets and making every penny count.
• Design tools like Canva or Adobe? You've got them in your toolbox, or you're comfortable briefing creative teams.
• You're a team player who collaborates easily but is just as comfortable taking the lead.
