The role has a key focus on leading a team of marketers to help support on the delivery of marketing campaigns across their conference portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full marketing lifecycle and post-campaign analysis.
- lead the development of digital campaigns to generate event engagement, registrations, and event awareness.
- Take the lead on executing and developing marketing strategy for large scale events.
- Manage a small team of marketers to help deliver successful events and exceed targets.
- Take ownership of the marketing budget.
Requirements:
- Currently leading a marketing team within a B2B events business, ideally conferences and exhibitions.
- Expertise in both digital marketing and traditional marketing channels.
- Experience managing media relations and sponsorship partners.
- Someone who has a passion for delivering successful events and building out a high performing marketing team.
