You'll be at the forefront of shaping brand partnerships, overseeing sponsorship programmes, and driving advertising initiatives across Europe.This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, brand integration's, and product life-cycle management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, PR, product management, advertising, and studio operations, to bring innovative sponsorship opportunities to life.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead advertising sponsorship strategies to enhance brand partnerships.
- Manage the full product life cycle, from title selection to execution.
- Work with content and creative teams to integrate brands seamlessly into exclusive programming.
- Create compelling go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with sales teams to build sales enablement tools and training materials.
- Analyse key metrics and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and optimise campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging advertising technologies to drive innovation.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in marketing, particularly in brand integration's and sponsorships.
- Must have previous experience within a streaming and digital media platform company.
- Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale.
- Experience building programmes from scratch, connecting strategic thinking with end to end execution.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking skills to drive brand partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships across global teams.
- Experience using data-driven insights to shape advertising strategies.
- Strong skills in Excel, Tableau, or other data visualisation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
