SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER - FINTECH

BASED CENTRAL LONDON (hybrid working)

Our client, a dynamic and innovative FinTech scale-up, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team during an exciting period of high growth.

You'll need solid B2B marketing experience, ideally from FinTech or B2B Financial Services.

You will develop and implement marketing strategies, communicating with a broad range of clients from institutional clients to Series A start-ups. Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with senior members of the marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch various campaign activities and associated content.
  • Guide, steer, and assess general marketing activities, content, and communications.
  • Support growth targets through effective and measurable marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to market effectively to various target segments across international territories and investment professionals (including Corporate, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and more).
  • Collaborate with colleagues focused on event and digital marketing to maintain and drive higher standards of marketing output.
  • Manage campaigns and the measurement process, taking an omnichannel approach.
  • Develop storytelling ideas and articulate why the company addresses client needs, turning complex ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Identify, implement, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact of all campaign initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and sales teams to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Manage projects from concept to execution and post-launch analysis.
  • Build working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers such as designers, printers, and writers.
  • Collaborate with the data team to track and measure the impact and effectiveness of all marketing activities against agreed KPIs.
  • Manage costs of planned activities and contribute to the development and day-to-day management of the marketing budget.

Experience Required:

  • Solid marketing experience in the B2B Financial Services and/or FinTech space.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation processes and marketing initiatives.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on ensuring marketing activities make a material business impact.
  • Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is advantageous.
  • Excellent project management skills.
