Digital Project manager- Marketing

Role Summary:The primary role of the Senior Marketing Project Manager is to improve the customer journey and experience through the delivery of business-critical marketing projects. This includes the implementation and adoption of a new platform. This is a high-visibility role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work on a variety of projects that create value for the customer. You will be passionate about project management, have a solution-focused mindset, and take a pragmatic approach to project delivery. You are a self-starter who seeks constant optimization of processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing technology implementation projects. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution through to post-launch optimization.
- Own the project delivery, including planning, resourcing, commercial management, risk, and issues management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries, providing updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and engage internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Proactively identify risks to project timelines and resolve issues as they arise.
- Support the delivery of marketing projects as required by the marketing director.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience delivering projects within the marketing technology, CRM, or data space.
- Proven experience working across global markets in a similar role.
- Previous experience implementing or working with Bloomreach woudl be amazing. Experience with other platforms such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce is also advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and constructively challenge up to executive level.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about project management and driving innovation.
- Positive, organized, and detail-oriented.
