Senior National Account Manager - Manufacturers / Discounters

South-East based (3 days office/ 2 days WFH)

c£60k plus £6k car allowance & 20% bonus opportunity

Our client:

  • An established foods supplier that specialise in sourcing and supplying high quality food products into Foodservice, Retail and Manufacturing channels.
  • As a c£20m turnover business, they’ve established themselves as a leader in foodservice, but we’re just getting started in unlocking significant opportunities in the Manufacturing & Discount Retail sectors. That’s where you come in!

Role:

  • We’re looking for a SNAM who’s ready to make a real impact!
  • You’ll be a game changer, driving growth in the Manufacturing and Discount Retail channels by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Your role would be a mix of further developing c30 customers seeking out opportunities to supply addition products and innovative solutions for them
  • Using your knowledge of the UK market, you will strategically prospect new customer opportunities within both the Manufacturers and Soft Discounter channel
  • With the support of a Commercial Director, Marketing and Supply Chain colleagues, you will have a strong team behind you to develop unique customer propositions to help achieve the sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A dynamic professional skilled at prospecting and relationship building.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management in the food industry
  • Must have B2B experience with Food Manufacturers and Discount Retail
  • You will demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, be an excellent communicator to multiple stakeholders and personalities, can work at pace and have the ability to seamlessly flip between a strategic & operational mindset, capable of identifying and executing growth opportunities.
