Senior Sales Negotiator

The Company
A UK wide Estate Agency, established for over 30 years. Due to growth, they are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team on a permanent basis in North London.
This role offers the unique blend of local expertise and national reach, thanks to the vast network of independent franchises.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct sales valuations and ensure compliance with sales regulations.
- Develop and implement sales marketing strategies.
- Manage the full 360-cycle of sales from initial viewing to final progression.
- Initially focus on database management before moving on to spearhead marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance sales tactics and client engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in real estate.
- Strong understanding of sales compliance and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivation to grow within the company and assist in team expansion.
