This is an exciting opportunity to work with a London Borough as part of their well-establish planning team. My client are now actively seeking an experienced planning professional who could join them on an interim basis and hit the ground running.
- They are looking for someone who is capable of dealing with a variety of Planning Applications, Pre Apps and Associated appeals.
- They will need the successful candidate to be able to undertake site visits.
- They will also need the successful candidate to be able to discuss matters with applicants and members of the public.
- The successful candidate will also be required to have good written skills.
They are looking for someone to join them on an initil 4 month contract, although there is scope to extend this further towards the end.
They are offering 40-50/hour dependent on experience.
