What you’ll do

As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will drive the optimization of processes and systems across our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer success operations. You will spearhead the adoption of key tools, drive strategic alignment between sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and finance, and develop high-impact strategies that accelerate revenue growth, and elevate the customer experience as we scale.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Oversee the optimisation and refinement of operational processes across GTM teams to ensure efficiency, scalability, and strategic alignment with business goals.

  • Manage our GTM tech stack, including tools like HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn, and Notion, to streamline operations and enhance customer interactions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations, emphasizing alignment among customer-facing teams for unified strategies and smooth execution.

  • Track and assess key performance metrics, especially those tied to customer satisfaction and retention, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies, particularly in customer operations, implementing practical solutions to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.

Ideally, you should have the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years in Revenue/GTM Operations with a focus on SaaS/tech companies

  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Notion, Zapier, Gong and other GTM platforms

  • Strong process optimization skills with a proven impact on customer experience and business performance

  • Demonstrated ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and drive strategic alignment, particularly in customer-facing teams

  • Experience in solving complex operational challenges, especially those related to customer operations and interactions
