Role: Senior Sales Executive
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission
Location: London - Hybrid
Role Summary:
Senior Sales Executive will focus on key partnerships across a designated region. This role involves driving revenue through outbound and inbound sales activities and developing relationships with a growing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Strategy Development: Define and implement a regional sales strategy
- Account Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for high-value partners, building strong relationships
- Revenue and Market Expansion: Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities and increasing the number of listings within the region
- Team Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and customer success
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions with new and existing partners
- Market Insights and Reporting: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, identify competitive dynamics, and provide partners with actionable insights. Prepare regular performance reports
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor-level degree
- Experience: 3+ years in sales or account management, with at least 2 years in a mid-level senior sales role.
- Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing business; Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and objectives; Proficiency in CRM software and experience in data-driven sales strategies
- Attributes: Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach; Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent organizational skills; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
