Senior Sales Executive £45,000 - £55,000 Plus bonus (OTE £85,000)

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a nationally recognised brand based in London, we are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Executive. If you enjoy socialising and a glass of wine this could be an excellent opportunity for you as a large part of the role is client entertainment! This will suit a candidate with a little bit of sales experience, who is confident yet creative; looking to work for a recognised brand with excellent progression prospects! Whilst this is a sales role, a large part of this role will be maintain existing relationships as oppose to the hard selling approach.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with key clients and accounts
  • Ability to maximise revenue across your patch
  • Proactively pitch opportunities, with creativity
  • Drive collaboration with the campaign management function, ensuring best in class performance/management of accounts.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships through face-to-face meetings, agency hot desking, lunch & learns, client networking.

The ideal candidate for the role will have the following:

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with people quickly and effectively!
  • Happy to go on the regular client lunch to maintain key relationships with clients
  • Someone who can think on their feet and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates great sales ambition
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Looking to progress within a successful business
