A global entertainment brand is hiring for a Senior Strategy & Insights Manager, will be be the go-to person for the marketing team when it comes to data-driven insights. You'll be working closely with central data teams to ensure reporting tools and data strategies are empowering the business and levelling up marketing efforts.

The role

  • Lead internal reporting systems using tools like Datorama, Snowflake, and Tableau to connect and visualise data for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Help grow data sources to include all the important touchpoints across the marketing team, from brand awareness to campaign performance.
  • Work with media and social agencies to help them use data to make smarter decisions and provide valuable insights to the marketing team.
  • Run correlation and regression analysis to pinpoint key metrics that matter and work with business teams to set up frameworks for tracking KPIs.
  • Run training sessions to help the team get the most out of our self-serve reporting tools, so they can move faster without always needing help from external teams.

You will have...

  • 6+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and reporting, ideally within media agency setting
  • Deep understanding of marketing tools (DMPs, DSPs) and data visualization (Tableau).

  • Familiar with Snowflake, Datorama, and SQL

  • Great communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to surface insights from data.
