A global entertainment brand is hiring for a Senior Strategy & Insights Manager, will be be the go-to person for the marketing team when it comes to data-driven insights. You'll be working closely with central data teams to ensure reporting tools and data strategies are empowering the business and levelling up marketing efforts.
The role
- Lead internal reporting systems using tools like Datorama, Snowflake, and Tableau to connect and visualise data for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Help grow data sources to include all the important touchpoints across the marketing team, from brand awareness to campaign performance.
- Work with media and social agencies to help them use data to make smarter decisions and provide valuable insights to the marketing team.
- Run correlation and regression analysis to pinpoint key metrics that matter and work with business teams to set up frameworks for tracking KPIs.
- Run training sessions to help the team get the most out of our self-serve reporting tools, so they can move faster without always needing help from external teams.
You will have...
- 6+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and reporting, ideally within media agency setting

Deep understanding of marketing tools (DMPs, DSPs) and data visualization (Tableau).

Familiar with Snowflake, Datorama, and SQL

Great communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to surface insights from data.
