The Role

As an SEO Manager, you’ll take ownership of client SEO strategies, driving organic growth through technical SEO, content, and link-building initiatives. You’ll work closely with Paid Media, Content, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth SEO audits (technical, on-page, and off-page) and implement recommendations.
  • Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy development.
  • Optimize website performance, improving site structure, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Manage link-building initiatives and digital PR strategies to boost domain authority.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with developers, content writers, and account managers to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Mentor junior SEO team members and contribute to agency-wide knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a B2B agency or client-side role.

Strong technical SEO skills (crawling, indexing, schema markup, site speed).

Proven success in increasing organic traffic and improving search rankings.

Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).

Strong understanding of content marketing and how it ties into SEO.

Experience in managing multiple client projects and delivering measurable results.

Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
