This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in SEO performance, team leadership, and digital marketing to advance in their career.

Role Overview:

As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for driving and optimising the SEO strategy, ensuring the brand's online performance and revenue targets are achieved. Working closely with the SEO Lead, you will help shape the SEO roadmap and collaborate across various teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise SEO performance across multiple brands.

  • Develop and execute the SEO strategy alongside the SEO Lead.

  • Conduct keyword research and address technical SEO issues to support the roadmap.

  • Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, handling performance management, recruitment, and engagement in the performance cycle.

  • Monitor and report on SEO KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring ongoing improvement.

  • Identify SEO growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies.

  • Work collaboratively on PR campaigns to enhance SEO efforts.

  • Stay up to date on industry developments and contribute to best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally with large retail or e-commerce brands.

  • Hands-on experience in technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

  • Expertise in web analytics and traffic measurement tools.

  • Experience creating and presenting campaign reports, including ROI and conversion metrics.

  • A genuine passion for SEO and digital marketing.
