They are seeking a driven and experienced ServiceNow Sales Professional to join their growing UK team.
About the Role:
As a ServiceNow Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions that address unique customer needs. Your deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, combined with your sales expertise, will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Prospect: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem, targeting key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and presenting value-driven ServiceNow solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on new client acquisition.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest ServiceNow products, features, and market trends, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and ServiceNow partners to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
What they're Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the ITSM or ServiceNow industry, with a demonstrable track record of success selling ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Client Focus: A customer-centric approach with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to understand client business challenges and recommend effective solutions.
