Senior Service Sales Executive - Managed & Professional IT Services
Location: London HQ (Hybrid - 4 days in office if not visiting clients)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 base + OTE £100,000 - £130,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

Key Responsibilities
New Business Sales (90-95% Focus)
- Identify, engage, and win new enterprise clients seeking managed IT services and professional solutions
- Own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to closing multi-year service contracts
- Develop strategic account plans to penetrate key verticals
Selling Managed IT & Professional Services
- Position the company as a trusted IT outsourcing partner
- Sell high-value services such as cloud migration, IT infrastructure support, and global managed services
- Take a consultative sales approach, aligning services with client business outcomes
Expanding Sales Pipeline & Forecasting
- Build a pipeline worth £250k+ per quarter
- Use outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events to drive new business
- Track sales metrics and revenue forecasts for predictable growth
Account Expansion & Collaboration (5-10%)
- Partner with internal sales teams to cross-sell and upsell managed IT services
- Work collaboratively to maximize wallet share in existing accounts
Trusted Advisor Approach
- Engage C-suite IT decision-makers to understand their strategic needs
- Educate clients on the benefits of outsourced IT services
- Lead negotiations and structure long-term service agreements
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years in B2B technology sales (managed IT services, cloud, or professional services preferred)
- Strong new business hunter with lead generation and pipeline-building skills
- Ability to uncover client needs and position tailored IT solutions
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and securing long-term contracts
- Proven track record of exceeding £1M+ annual revenue targets
- Familiarity with managed services frameworks and IT infrastructure management (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (London-based)
