Shopper Marketing Manager - Central London

Exciting Snacking Brand - triple digit growth

Client:

  • Our client is an extremely innovative and forward-thinking Snacking start up.
  • They’re causing a storm with a focus on sustainability creating for a better tomorrow.
  • Due to triple digit growth in the UK and other markets, they are looking to recruit a Shopper Marketing Manager with the hunger to grow and develop.

The role:

  • As Shopper Marketing Manager you will workto develop data and insight-led activation plans, delivering measurable results in line with the wider strategic plan.
  • Working closely with Sales & Marketing teams you will develop account specific brand execution plans across multiple grocery customers.
  • Externally you’ll partner with BTL agencies to bring best in market shopper activation plans and spend time with retailers to ensure Shopper is forefront to NPD sell in & Trade Days
  • The Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of projects with our customers as well as being the voice of the shopper & customer to ensure an aligned agenda.

Ideal candidate:

  • Branded FMCG Experience within a Shopper Marketing (Trade Marketing/ Brand Activation) focused role
  • Proven track record of building relationships
  • Structured and organised, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver activity with accuracy and pace.
  • Looking for a central London office
