Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + £8,000-£10,000 commission
Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid car & benefitsThe role of the Specification Sales Manager - Ceramic Tiles will involve:
- Field sales role promoting a distributed range of wall and floor ceramic tiles
- Specification field sales position, winning influence within the London A&D community; architects, interiors designers, design fit out companies and housing developers
- Commercial project led
- Targeted to achieve £250,000 of written specifications in year One, £500,000 year Two
- Visiting customers 3-4 days a week, typically 2-5 appointments per day, rest of time home working
- Initially 2 CPD presentations per month, plus lunch & learns and other general product presentations to key specifiers
- Projects from £1,000 up to £200,000+
- Utilising central London design studio
- Working in conjunction with one other A&D field sales professional covering London
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Ceramic Tiles with:
- Field sales experience within the London A&D Community; architects, interiors designers, design fit out companies and housing developers
- Must have sold interior building products, ideally tiles associated; tile adhesives, sundries, sanitaryware, bathrooms, KBB etc.
- Contacts within the London A&D community may be advantageous
- Excellent work ethic
- Autonomous in nature/ self-motivated
- Experience with the technicalities of tiles (LRV, slip rating etc.) and sustainability terms (EPD, recycled contact etc.) preferred
- Excellent presenter
- Social and outgoing personality
- Smart and presentable in appearance
