You will be responsible for delivering marketing activity for our events and marketing solutions, across multiple channels including email, social, paid media, etc. You'll work closely with the wider events team and drive marketing qualified leads through all-year round promotion.
This includes coordinating sponsor deliverables and maintaining communication throughout their event involvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Marketing Promotion: Identify event pursuit lists and manage data within Marketo and Salesforce. You'll leverage various marketing channels to ensure our messaging is both on-brand and benefit-led.
- Sponsorship Deliverables: Oversee sponsor commitments, including branding, digital presence, and promotional activities. You'll work closely with our event directors and managers to ensure deliverables are executed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Continuously review and optimise marketing activities. You'll compile event debriefs to identify areas for improvement for future events.
- Onsite Support: Manage sponsor interviews through a pre-agreed schedule and post-event ensure the delivery of a partner’s video that can be used for the next year’s event sponsorship campaign.
- Collaboration and Communication: Regularly engage with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless sponsor experience.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Demonstrable B2B marketing experience with solid copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of working on multiple marketing channels with email and social media being essential, paid media is advantageous.
- Strong relationship-building skills and diplomacy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Planner or other project management software.
It would be beneficial if you also have:
- B2B events marketing experience.
- Experience working with Marketo and Salesforce.
