Sponsorship Sales Director responsibilities:  
  • Manage a team of Sponsorship Sales Executives
  • Drive divisional sponsorship sales
  • Strategy development
  • Drive new sponsorship revenue across a growing portfolio of European conferences and events
  • Build key client relationships
  • Deliver team training and development
  • Devise and implement sales productivity initiatives and processes
  • Recruit, hire and train new team members
  • Collaborate with other divisions to drive commercial developments and best practices
Sponsorship Sales Manager Requirements:  
  • Degree educated with a passion for sales
  • 2+ years in sponsorship sales experience
  • 3+ years selling sales management experience
  • A record of sales achievement
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong interest in the automotive sector
  • Intelligent and articulate
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Structured approach
