Head of Sponsorship Sales / Business Development Manager

£45K - £50K £70K OTE

Hybrid 2/3 days per week in the office - Central London

What's the role?

We’re looking for a fantastic Head of Business Development / Business Development Manager to lead on new client acquisition across a portfolio of well established, high quality events.

How much will I earn?

Theres a negotiable base salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 which is depending on your experience. Theres a generous commisison scheme, where you should realistically be earning over £70,000.

What will I be doing?

You’ll take ownership of sponsorship sales across a portfolio of six annual summits and skincare conferences, with a strong emphasis on new business development.Your main commitments will include:

  • Generating new leads through LinkedIn, calls, email and virtual meetings

  • Driving outreach from first contact through to conversion, and managing your clients on-site at events

  • Managing your own client accounts with the freedom to upsell or rebook across future events

  • Working closely with marketing and operations to align efforts and deliver value

  • Keeping CRM records detailed and up to date to support your sales success

  • Delivering a high standard of sponsor service in every interaction

What skills and experience do I need?

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in sponsorship or conference sales

  • A natural flair for building rapport and winning business

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and virtual

  • CRM confidence and a structured approach to pipeline management

  • A track record of hitting targets and a clear drive for success
