We are thrilled to be partnering with Energy UK, the foremost national trade association representing the energy industry. As champions of positive transformation, Energy UK is at the forefront of the sector's transition to Net Zero. They believe that achieving this ambitious goal requires strong collaboration and strategic partnerships across the industry.

To support these efforts, they are looking for a Stakeholder Relationship Executive to join their influential Member team. In this role, you will be instrumental in strengthening relationships with Members and stakeholders, playing a key role in shaping the energy sector's future.

Your responsibilities will include gaining a comprehensive understanding of key stakeholders, identifying strategic opportunities for collaboration, and contributing to the industry's collective decarbonisation efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to be at the heart of transformative change in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with Members and stakeholders across the energy landscape.
  • Deepen your understanding of industry policy issues and key strategic objectives.
  • Identify areas for collaboration and actively support initiatives to achieve common goals.
  • Serve as a connector between diverse stakeholders, including renewable energy providers and tech innovators.
  • Lead and oversee the Young Energy Professionals Forum, fostering a network of emerging talent in the sector.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust stakeholder engagement strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for the energy sector and the drive to support the UK's transition to Net Zero.
  • Demonstrable experience through work or academia in energy or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven relationship-building abilities with an interest in expanding partnerships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
  • A collaborative team player with enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, evolving industry.

Energy UK offers a welcoming and flexible hybrid working environment from their office in Central London, blending home working with office-based collaboration 2-3 days a week.
