Strategy Manager/Operations (Charity Foundation/Fashion) Mayfair (£80-85k)

A wonderful role has arisen that has a difference and can make a difference. Leading a team of 8 you will lead the execution of the strategic plan of this UHNW organisation in hospitality/luxury venues to support their Foundation & Charities. The ideal candidate would have worked for a major fashion/luxury brand to support and promote their designated charity to have a good understanding of what is required.

A background in fashion, luxury goods or similar is needed working to support their Foundation or Charity as this company puts on major events with partners and stakeholders and put on glamourous shows and events. Working in conjunction with the Marketing Team & Events Manager, you will provide direction and guidance to the team so that is is aligned with the company goals and mission.

Able to network and make relationships easily and make strategic partnerships with charity partners, donors and stakeholders to advance the mission and goals. The Foundation is aligned to supporting women and children in an impactful and practical way. So your role will make a real difference to many women & children's lives.

Establishing key performance indications and metrics to track the effectiveness and impact of the strategies and develop systems and processes for data collection, analysis and reporting to identify trends and assist with decision.

Develop marketing communications to promote the programs & initiatives, creating a compelling message and materials for the website, social media, newsletters and print materials. Ensuring the brand is consistent with internal teams.

Providing leaderships and guidance to staff members involved in the strategic planning and implementation bringing collaboration and accountability/professional development within the team.

5 years minimum in strategic planning and management with a proven track record of success in driving growth and impact. Strong analytical and problems solving skills, able to deal with complex information and data to assist decision making. A top communicator able to engage and influence stakeholders and the team. Leadership ability with the confidence to manage senior level relationships. Able to anticipate future trends and develop solutions. A commitment to the Foundation with a passion for what they are accomplishing.

Well presented and spoken you will be meeting UHNW clients and stakeholders and have liaised at this level in the past. A positive and warm personality with much to offer this is a one off role that brings fashion, glamour, communications and Foundation engagement toget
