What You Will Do:

  • Manage inbound leads and grow the SMB customer base while supporting and expanding the business of selected dealers.
  • Plan and execute sales webinars to nurture and upsell to the customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with the dealer network, raising awareness for the portfolio of services offered.
  • Work closely with the client onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct online sales demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate business opportunities for telematics and EV charging solutions.

What You Will Bring:

  • Extensive experience in online sales/account management experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to deliver first class customer experience, paired with a proactive approach in identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
  • Proven experience in either telematics, mobility, EV charging or software sales.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to delivering first-class customer experiences.
