One of my clients is looking for an innovative and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead the creation, planning, and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for marketing automation, and love optimising engagement and conversions, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

Lead Campaign Strategy - Develop and execute data-driven marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives.Multi-Channel Campaigns - Oversee the design and delivery of integrated campaigns across email, social, and digital platforms.Performance Monitoring - Establish KPIs, analyse campaign effectiveness, and implement A/B testing to optimise results.Team & Stakeholder Leadership - Mentor campaign executives, collaborate with content and sales teams, and refine audience segmentation.Tech & AI Optimisation - Leverage AI tools and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to enhance campaign performance.Compliance & Best Practices - Ensure GDPR and data privacy compliance while optimising lead scoring and CRM integrations.

What our Client is Looking For:

? 5+ years of marketing automation experience (2+ in a leadership role).? Expertise in marketing automation platforms & CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).? Strong analytical mindset - ability to turn data insights into high-impact strategies.? Exceptional leadership skills - mentoring and managing teams to success.? Experience in B2B marketing, events, or SaaS (a plus!).? Technical know-how - familiarity with SQL, HTML/CSS, or AI-driven campaign tools (preferred).
