Description

The successful Territory Sales Manager will:

  • Driving sales within the FMCG sector
  • Securing new business and managing existing accounts (circa 150)
  • Independents Channel - including, hotels, retail / department stores etc
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans, thinking outside the box!
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded

Profile

A successful Territory Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a Field/Area Sales Manager role ideally selling into Retail / Department Stores / Hotels / Premium Independent Audio / Radio Stores
  • No direct reports for this role - solely, focusing on Account Management and innovation for BD
  • Excellent communication and can sell Premium CE
  • An ability to develop strategic sales plans
  • A customer-focused approach
