Our client, an independent B2B Energy Supplier, is looking for a TPI Account Manager to join their team. Your role will focus on building long-term relationships and providing TPIs with best-in-market communication, products and supplier propositions to maximise revenue. Your responsibilities will include account management, pricing, securing new business and handling customer queries to ensure a positive experience. If you have experience in B2B relationship building, ideally with TPIs/energy brokers, along with Sales and Account Management expertise, strong negotiation, and customer service skills—apply today!

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and build strong relationships with TPIs
  • Manage complex tenders from initial inquiry to deal acceptance and execution
  • Make strategic pricing decisions to enhance the overall proposition and drive growth
  • Achieve financial growth targets through retention, upselling and new sales
  • Develop a deep understanding of company services and customer requirements
  • Attend events, plan business trips and engage in business development and TPI meetings
  • Collaborate with Business Support and Operations teams throughout the sales process

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience in the energy industry within a similar role
  • Background in Account Management or Sales-focused positions
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel/spreadsheets
  • Results-driven and ambitious
  • Strong, professional, and articulate communication skills
  • Numerically skilled with strong analytical abilities
  • Quick learner with a passion for developing new knowledge and skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and support the wider TPI team
