Do you want to be at the forefront of a game-changing brand in the better-for-you drinks category? Are you a fearless and relentless business developer with a passion for food and drink?

The Advocate Group are currently representing an innovative drinks brand disrupting the FMCG market. We are looking for a Territory Development Manager (TDM) to own and develop key areas in Greater London, introducing this brand to tastemaker outlets and independent businesses. This is a field-based sales and brand development role focusing on business growth across independent cafés, bakeries, grocers, hotels, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development through prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Own your territory (London) and expand brand presence across key locations.
  • Build relationships with independent operators such as cafés, coffee shops, delis, and hotels.
  • Represent the brand at local and regional trade shows and events.
  • Deploy POS, brand activations, and displays to enhance visibility.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to execute growth strategies.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, sales performance, and retention rates.

About You:

  • Experience in FMCG sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Passion for the food & drink industry, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills.
  • Fearless, high-energy, and relentless in driving business growth.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role.
  • Full UK Driving License required.
