We're supporting a fast-growing premium food & beverage brand to find their next Trade Marketing Manager. This incredible opportunity will see you lead trade marketing initiatives across key hospitality channels, including hotels, airlines, cruise lines, spas, cafés and so much more! This role involves working closely with marketing, sales, and brand teams to create compelling trade programs that enhance customer experiences and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine trade sell-in decks to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing programs for priority accounts, including seasonal activations (Christmas, CNY, Ramadan).
  • Create and manage trade POS materials (permanent and temporary) that are impactful and brand aligned.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze category trends and successful premium F&B activations to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor trade marketing execution in key accounts and share learnings across the sales team.
  • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows and events, ensuring all materials reflect the brand.
  • Support product innovation rollouts with trade marketing materials, sell-in decks, and POS.
  • Collaborate with trade PR to develop brand partnership stories that increase awareness.
  • Work with brand ambassadors to optimize signature serve programs in trade accounts.
  • Lead monthly sales and marketing meetings, managing content and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the trade content library, ensuring easy access for internal teams.
  • Manage trade assets, marketing messaging, and content within Canva.
  • Own and update the Trade Catalogue, ensuring accuracy for all product SKUs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or category management, ideally in premium food, beverage, or hospitality.
  • Passion for high-quality, sustainable F&B products, with knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Canva and experience creating compelling sales and marketing materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
