Description
The UK Sales Manager will be responsible for leading Panaget's development of the UK market. This is a unique opportunity for growth in a dynamic environment.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Business Development - develop and execute a strategy for commercial growth across the UK.
- Ensure regular trips and visits to key clients to enhance the brand.
- Manage and develop the distribution network - Manage relationships with existing partners and identify new growth opportunities.
- Analysis and negotiation - Analyse customer needs through in-depth technical and commercial product expertise.
- Negotiate commercial conditions (rates, discounts, rebates, payment terms) within pre-established limits, and close deals.
- Promotional activity & events - Implement promotional actions in the covered geographical area.
- Work closely with designers, interior architects and real estate developers, particularly at high-end design fairs.
- Technical support and after-sales service - Provide technical support to customers, including organising and conducting training for customers and sales representatives.
- Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Profile
The successful UK Sales Manager should have:
- A proven track record of business development: Ideally with some experience in the building materials or A&D space.
- Dynamism and autonomy: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with our teams.
- Passion for design, decoration and high-end products: A strong affinity with these sectors is a plus.
- Fluency in French
