Salary: £80,000 - £84,000 per annum + up to 20% Bonus

IN2 Consult are working with a rapidly growing Fintech business who are looking for a Finance Manager to focus on all reconciliations and to ensure internal controls are highly efficient. This is an absolutely brilliant time to join a very well known business where the sky is truly the limit!

• Complete responsibility of balance sheet reconciliation
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• ACA qualification is an absolute must
• Strong expertise in balance sheet reconciliation
• Proven experience in audit
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practises
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be ACA qualified from a top 10 practice

• Experience in the fintech industry would be ideal
