- Managing the company's core operations, ensuring efficient processes
- Establish operational goals & KPI’s, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve productivity
- Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvementsManage the operational governance of the GLT and its associated committees
- Directly line manage the London based Operations and Project Management team
- Resource management and allocation
- Leading contract negotiation with clients and onboarding
- Responsible for identifying and managing operational risks
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Experience in operational leadership roles is essential
- Strong financial acumen & previous commercial business experience, ideally in client facing businesses
- Experience in a growing company – with experience around process and system implementation
- Proven line management experience & ability to manage diverse teams
- Legal / contract management knowledge & experience preferred
- Negotiation experience preferred
