This is an opportunity for a senior operations head to come on board and join the exciting growth journey of the business.What you’ll do
  • Managing the company's core operations, ensuring efficient processes
  • Establish operational goals & KPI’s, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve productivity
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvementsManage the operational governance of the GLT and its associated committees
  • Directly line manage the London based Operations and Project Management team
  • Resource management and allocation
  • Leading contract negotiation with clients and onboarding
  • Responsible for identifying and managing operational risks
Who you are
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Experience in operational leadership roles is essential
  • Strong financial acumen & previous commercial business experience, ideally in client facing businesses
  • Experience in a growing company – with experience around process and system implementation
  • Proven line management experience & ability to manage diverse teams
  • Legal / contract management knowledge & experience preferred
  • Negotiation experience preferred
