Dove & Hawk have partnered with a fantastic, fasted growing tech-based, award winning real estate company revolutionising the UK property market. They are looking for a Operations Director, who will play a big role in their continued success, responsible for overseeing the operational framework that drives the efficiency and effectiveness of their property and development activities.Responsibilities * Develop and carry out operational strategies that are in line with the company's business goals, spotting chances for enhancements and pushing forward with creative solutions and growth.* Handle daily operations across various departments, setting policies, making adjustments, and making sure they follow property laws and rules.* Assess the company's overall performance in property management and development, provide the necessary reports to the Co-Founders, and help in creating strategic plans.* Create plans to lessen losses, cut down on operational expenses, and boost the productivity of employees.* Understand how to create budgets, analyze them, and plan finances to increase profits from property investments.* Direct and manage important operational projects, making sure they are completed on time and successfully.* Guide, coach, and develop teams to ensure they perform well and are engaged, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement and responsibility.* Oversee and manage major operational projects, making sure they are completed on schedule and to a high standard.* Improve how resources are used to keep operations cost-efficient.* Make sure the company follows industry standards and regulations, creating and updating policies for managing risks.* Set up key performance indicators (KPIs) and keep an eye on how well operations meet these goals.* Work together with other departments like Sales, Lettings, Marketing, HR, and Finance to ensure all parts of the company work well together.* Build and keep solid relationships with outside partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.* Maintain the highest level of service quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction through regular checks and audits.* Coordinate teams from different areas to achieve project objectives and deliverables.* Stay informed about the latest trends and technological innovations in the industry to drive operational innovation.* Introduce new technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-level operations leadership role, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, process optimisation, expansion and resource management.
  • Successful track record in leading high-performing teams and driving company growth.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Compliance with industry regulations and standards.n
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic thinker.
  • Proficient in operational and project management software, with knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Willingness to travel between London, Leeds, and Manchester. (travel expenses covered)

Salary: £75K Basic, £85K OTEHours: 9am-6pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm Friday
