Operations Director
Are you an experienced operations leader with a commercial mindset, ready to take the helm of a rapidly growing business? Our client, a boutique wealth management firm based in the heart of London, is seeking an exceptional Operations Director to drive their ambitious growth plans.
As the Operations Director, you will be the operational backbone of the firm, responsible for setting and delivering on KPIs, managing and leading a dynamic team, and ensuring the business runs seamlessly. You will also oversee forecasting and budgeting, playing a key role in the financial planning and commercial strategy of the business. With a proven track record of successfully managing teams, you will bring a results-driven, operational approach to the role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring clear objectives and alignment with business goals.
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- KPI Management: Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators to drive success.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead financial planning efforts, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective budget management.
- Strategic Oversight: Work closely with senior leadership to steer the business toward its next phase of expansion.
