The ideal candidate should be personable, have meticulous organisation skills and unfaltering attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Assisting with data inputting, reporting and management
  • Working with the Operations Manager to administrate company process
  • Supporting business and customer relationships
  • Working with the Operations Manager to oversee logistical planning
  • Helping with assorted administrative duties
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Working with the Operations Manager to identify new business practices to enable us to grow
  • Helping manage the incentive scheme
  • Assisting with the creation of invoices and assorted finance duties
  • Assisting with the dispatch of event tickets
Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field
  • Have strong planning and organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time-management
  • A positive outlook and can-do attitude
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
