An accomplished Senior Architect to work as an Assistant for the Vice President to join a smaller architecture practice in Notting Hill. There is great scope for a qualified architect to move away from drawings and to be solely responsible for the operations. We are looking for ambitious individuals who like to make an impact and be involved.
The Assistant for Vice President role requires a UK-qualified architect with at least 3-5 years of professional experience, combined with previous operations and people management.
Salary is up to 55k -60k depending on experience.
Assistant to Vice President responsibilities:
Develop and maintain standardized forms of agreements and proposals.
Prepare resource schedule
Analyze officewide profit loss of current and future projects
Develop fee proposals based on hourly rates and project staffing requirements through all phases.
Allocate staff to projects and identify hiring needs for current and future workloads.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be a UK-qualified Architect with at least 3-5 years of professional experience.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
