Sonic Summary

The UK division of a global advertising group is seeking an interim CTO/CTIO following the departure of their successful current CTO.
The role involves overseeing a portfolio of IT projects and ensuring the continuation of high-quality work during a handover period of 2 to 3 months.
Key responsibilities include business innovation, large-scale ERP, programme management, service delivery, technical solutions, cyber resilience, and budget control.
The position offers a salary of approximately £180k basic pro rata via payroll, along with a bonus.
Candidates should be immediately available and will manage a team of 50 IT professionals, reporting directly to the CEO of the UK division.

The client is the UK division of a global advertising group. The UK division has circa 500 employees.

The current very successful CTO has accepted a new external role that will be a step up in his career. The client is now seeking an interim CTO/ CTIO to take over the portfolio of IT projects and continue the excellent work of the current CTO. There will be a handover period of 2 to 3 months.

This will be a challenging and interesting role including business innovation, large scale ERP, programme management, service delivery, technical solutions, cyber resilience and budget control. Experience of advertising not necessary.

Salary level: approx. salary if permanent to £180k basic pro rata via payroll. Plus bonus

Direct reports/team size: 4 direct and an IT team of 50
