My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented Children's Social Care Performance Manager on a Contract basis.

The role will lead the Children's Social Care Performance team and support the service with its improvement journey.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • Supporting the ILAC improvement journey by ensuring the provision of a comprehensive suite of insight and performance information to support practice and children social care operations
  • Working with colleagues to prepare for the 24/25 statutory returns
  • Building strong relationships with operational staff and leaders to understand future business needs and direction which will require information and insight
  • Support the service with its journey to build and automate information from MS Business Intelligence / Power BI.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role, specifically within Children's Services.
  • Experience using Power BI for insight reports.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Local Authority experience is essential

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £550-£600 per day, inside IR35
