Responsibilities include:
- Manage and prioritise referrals to ensure timely assessments for children's safeguarding cases.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to support joint decision-making and comprehensive case evaluations.
- Guide the team in following safeguarding protocols and meeting statutory requirements for children's services.
- Provide mentorship and support to staff, fostering professional development and consistent practice standards.
- Conduct audits to ensure assessments meet safeguarding standards for children.
- Serve as the escalation point for high-risk cases, making prompt decisions to mitigate risks to children's safety.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience post qualification
- Action safeguarding procedures
