Our Client Havering Council is looking for a Deputy Team Manager to join their Children in Care team.
Havering are recruiting experienced workers for roles in our CIC Teams. These teams will focus on

- Children in Care
- Children Looked After
- Improve outcomes and pathway plans ______________________________________________________________________________________________

Support Network:
- Systemic Practitioners who offer consultations and support to all our staff.
- Havering also offer robust support within their HR framework
- Each Team is made up of:
- 1x TM
- 2 x AP to support with complex casework. _______________________________________________________________________________________________
Working Model:
- Hybrid model with anchor days on-site 3/2 split
- Flexible approach involving working from our town hall campus/hubs.
- Expectation to work from our town hall campus during your teams duty week, for team meetings and other development days and at managers discretion some ad-hoc days onsite may be needed.
- Encouraging face to face working for teams as we know how important this is for social workers and all meetings with children and family take place face to face. ______________________________________________________________________________________________
Requirements:
1. Social Work England (SWE) registration.
2. Minimum 3years + working experience (social worker with children and families, including assessments and statutory work).
