About The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Responsible Individual to oversee the operation of a children's home in accordance with relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines. This role requires a strong commitment to ensuring the highest levels of care and support for children/young people.

As the Responsible Individual, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance, setting strategic objectives, and fostering a positive culture within the service. You will act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring the facility meets and exceeds all statutory requirements.
