We are looking for an experienced and motivated Locum Team Manager to lead the Children with Disabilities Team in Redbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled leader to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people with disabilities, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Social Workers, ensuring high-quality assessments and interventions.
  • Oversee complex cases and provide guidance on best practices in safeguarding and disability services.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and local policies.
  • Work collaboratively with families, health professionals, education providers, and other partner agencies.
  • Monitor and review team performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet service demands.
  • Contribute to service development and strategic planning within the Children's Services department.
